BESTMAN JUMBO-NZE BAGS HALLMARK OF PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD DEFENDER OF DEMOCRACY

Otun Fiwagboye of Agudaland Ogba and Otun Atunluse of Ibogun in Owu Kingdom of Ogun State Otunba Bestman Jumbo-Nze has received recognition through an Hallmark of public service award as "Defender of Democracy in Nigeria" in acknowledgement of his immense contributions in peace advocacy, alternative security and unflinching suppot for democratic governance across the country.
Jumbo-Nze who is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Image Expressions, Nigeria and United Kingdom and the President TeamNigeria4Change was presented the said award on democracy day by an NGO, Beyond Boundaries Legacy Leadership Initiative (BBLLI), an organization dedicated to supporting sustainable development across Africa.
Represented by Otunba Olatinde Okerayi as he was unavoidably not available being on engagement in the United Kingdom, Jumbo-Nze was described as a true man of the people, a dedicated freedom fighter and a commendable pro-democracy advocate who has laid his marks notably across the Nation especially in areas of conflict resolution and good governance advocacy.
The award is coming amongst many others, a testimony to the many roles Jumbo-Nze has played in Nigeria notably across the Southwest as he is a major adviser to various southwest governors on alternative security and conflict resolution.
The award was presented by BBLLI in collaboration with The North Central Youth Alliance for Democracy (NOCYAD), a forum of youths drawn from across the North Central States of Nigeria, including the FCT and positioned to contribute positively towards the deepening of democracy ethics, promotion of peace and rule of law in Nigeria.
